Guidelines for the submission of proposals
Authors will have the opportunity to submit one of their accepted works in chapter format for peer review. Chapters submitted by presenters for publication will undergo a blind peer-review process. The top works will be published in a volume by the prestigious Peter Lang publishing house. The deadline for chapter submissions can be consulted through the “Key Dates” section on this website. Only works that have previously been accepted as oral presentations in text format, video presentations, or scientific/instructive dialogues can be submitted in chapter format for evaluation.
The paper should include the following sections: Introduction, Method (Materials, Participants, Design, Procedure), Results, Discussion/Conclusions, and References. When the works are not strictly research papers, the methodology followed must be specified. The submission should use the template available on this website, and the total chapter length must not exceed 12 pages in A4 format (main text, references, figures, tables, appendices, and illustrations). The style guidelines provided in the Style Sheet must be followed.
Additionally, an abstract in both Spanish and English (maximum of 150 words for each summary) should be included. These summaries will be counted separately from the main text. The summary should be structured into the following sections: Background, Method, Results, and Conclusions.
Submitted papers must be unpublished, meaning they have neither been published nor are in the process of being published. Once a work is submitted, it is assumed that all authors have given their approval for submission.
